Compatible card size and capacity

The box is paired with cards measuring 85 × 54 × 4.5 mm. The homepage model presents a 24-card capacity. Printer calibration, material shrinkage, and surface texture can affect real-world clearance, so print one card and test the box before committing a large collection.

Files included in the download

The ZIP package contains three printable STL files:

• Download boxsmall.stl, boxsmall-lid.stl, and box-lid-clamp.stl (.zip)

The box holds the cards, the separate lid closes the case, and the lid clamp completes the closure.

Recommended printing orientation

Import the files at their original scale. Place the box on its closed base with the opening facing upward. Place the lid and clamp on their broadest flat faces. Check the slicer's first-layer preview and overhang warnings; support needs vary with printer, material, and slicer settings.

Assembly

1. Remove brims or supports without trimming the mating surfaces.
2. Slide a finished 85 × 54 mm card into the empty box and confirm it moves without force.
3. Test the lid on the empty box before filling it.
4. Fit the separate lid clamp to retain the closed lid.
5. Add cards in one orientation, stopping if the walls bow or the cards bind.
