A box for your filament swatch cards

A consistent swatch library is easier to use when every card has a defined home. The matching printable box keeps the 85 × 54 mm Test Cards format together and easy to browse.

Why use a filament sample box?

Loose swatches are easily separated from their collection or mixed with older card formats. A fitted box keeps samples in one orientation, protects their labels and makes it faster to compare adjacent colours.

A practical organization system

• Separate cards by PLA, PETG, TPU and PA.
• Within each material, group cards by manufacturer or colour family.
• Keep the newest or most frequently used samples near the front.
• Use the same swatch dimensions and label convention for every new spool.

Designed around the card

The storage model is intended for the same card family shown in the Free 3D Samples generator. Before printing a complete storage set, make one card and a small fit test with your own printer to account for material shrinkage and machine tolerances.
